Environmental Test Chambers Working Principle

Liquid nitrogen, CO2 gas or related gases controlled by a magnet valve at the rear of the chamber are used for cooling.

climatic test chambers use forced convection for optimum temperature distribution and a sophisticated digital controller ensures minimal overshoot and excellent setpoint stability. Fast warm-up and recovery times increase efficiency and lower the cost per test. The air-cooled skin reduces the outside temperature and locks the heating/cooling and fan, minimizing the outside air reaching the operator when the door is opened. Double window heaters provide optimum clarity at low temperatures and provide more useful test time when using non-contact extensometers or other optical instruments.

The environmental chambers for the testing machine have -150°C to +350°C temperature range. On the other hand, we can design temperature cabinets with different temperature ranges for your special projects.

Cooling is provided by liquid nitrogen or related gases according to the required test temperatures of high temperature tests.
